Impossible Words Event – Sep 22

And one more ‘community’ event listing, as our friend Mariko Tamaki will be in town on September 22nd discussing her brand new novel. Maybe if enough comic people go, we can pepper her with questions about another graphic novel…? 😉

After the featured reading, the youth will interview the author about their experiences and work. Audience members are also invited to join the discussion. The event will end with an open mic (interested readers must sign up at the beginning of the event). A light lunch will also be served, giving time for audience members to mingle.

We encourage everyone to come and participate, especially those who do not usually go to literary events!
