TCAF is The Toronto Comic Arts Festival, a week long celebration of comics happening in the city of Toronto. This will be our biggest and best year yet, and we wanted to do a straight-ahead detail of everything going down next week, so you didn’t miss out. The Italian Cultural Institute is proud to present a retrospective exhibition of Gabriella Giandelli. On exhibit over 80 original drawings of one the most prolific Italian illustrator and graphic novelist, including the celebrated series Interiorae. The artist will be in attendance. The Art of Spiegelman

Spend some time with comic book artist, and Maus creator, Art Spiegelman. In this intimate documentary, Spiegelman evokes rich childhood memories as a son of Holocaust survivors, and reflects on his development into a key figure in the underground comics movement, the evolution of  his seminal work, Maus, and more.
