Extraordinary Los Angeles based art duo kozyndan have a new 150 page hardcover art book containing the entirety of their four year Unknown Portraits art series out. The often whimsical and magical graphite portraits are inspired by the contents of an old photo album discovered in a Venice Beach thrift shop. Many of the images are accompanied by short stories they have inspired written by other artists including Torontonians Mariko Tamaki, Nick Flanagan and Maggie MacDonald.

Unknown Portraits is in stock on both floors of the Beguiling for $25.
